Derpy Hooves is the official name give to a recurring character who is a Pegasus. Not much has been released other than that she is severely cross-eyed. It seems that she will have a different character but with the same design in the 2nd season of the series. She is shown briefly in a number of episodes, usually as one of the ponies in the background. She received a speaking role in The Last Roundup, and Rainbow Dash refers to her by name. However, these events are no longer seen on the iTunes version.
