Earth Ponies

An Earth pony is the third category of pony besides Unicorns and Pegasus ponies. They do not have wings or magic, and therefore often work closely with the earth; many being farmers, animals lovers, etc. While they have no "special" abilities, they and others do not hold them to be any less important than a unicorn or pegasus. Everybody has a specific talent or roll in Equestria, and Earth ponies have an important job during the Winter Wrap Up festival. Some notable Earth Ponies include Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and Apple Bloom.
